These Terms govern your use of galepor.com and any purchases or services supplied by Galepor Pty Ltd (ABN 29 764 318 245). By using the website or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

Products, specifications and pricing are subject to change without notice. Quoted delivery and installation dates are estimates and subject to confirmation.

• Orders are accepted when Galepor issues written confirmation.
• Title to goods passes upon full payment unless otherwise agreed.
• Risk in goods passes on delivery to the address provided.

2. Australian Consumer Law — Your rights

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, consumers have guarantees which cannot be excluded. These include guarantees as to acceptable quality, fitness for purpose and correspondence with description.

If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy:

Customers indemnify Galepor against third-party claims arising from modifications, misuse or installation by unauthorised parties.
